RETURN POLICY

Atlanta Electronics LLC Return Policies
Please request our return label and do not use third party label label. We have multiple addresses and so need to send you the correct label.

. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Atlanta Electronics LLC
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Atlanta Electronics LLC
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Atlanta Electronics LLC will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Atlanta Electronics LLC.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Atlanta Electronics LLC will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Atlanta Electronics LLC does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Atlanta Electronics LLC will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

Return Instruction

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Atlanta Electronics, llc. is referred to as "EA" in the following terms.

Shipping Policy

If an item is indicated as in stock it will usually be shipped within 48 hours. If the order is placed after our normal business hours or on a holiday or weekend, shipment will occur the next business day. All in stock items are subject to prior sales. If an item purchased is temporarily back ordered or out of stock you will be notified of the delivery date before EA proceeds with processing the order. EA reserves the right to drop ship your order from the factory. Some areas may incur additional shipping costs. You will be informed of a drop shipment, or additional costs before we process your order. You may cancel before we process your order.

Cancellation Policy

Before It Ships - EA understands that circumstances change. You may cancel your order BEFORE IT SHIPS. We usually ship the same day we receive your order. You will be responsible for all credit card fees we incur and they will be deducted from your refund.

After It Ships - You will be responsible for the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and credit card fees we incur. All these charges will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges (sometimes included in the items selling price). Allow up to 10 days for a credit card refund. In addition, some returns may be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Damage Policy - Damages are rare but can happen. YOU MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING! Any damage MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading. If you sign for freight as received in good condition, and it has damage, OLE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU!

FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING WILL REQUIRE YOU TO ATTEMPT TO COLLECT FROM THE FREIGHT CARRIER AT YOUR TIME AND EXPENSE!

Return Policy

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days and in ORIGINAL condition, including packaging. EA, at its discretion, may refuse a return based on the condition of the item or its packaging. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees and credit card fees incurred by EA. Sales are final on all parts and parts may not be returned without an RMA number. All returns are subject to the discretion of EA.
